Huge well done to Keychained who set up a trade stall to sell their customised laser printed keyrings to students & staff at @ncanarkshire. They managed to sell 80% of their stock and have gained valuable insights into how to develop their product going forward. @YE_Scotland

S2 pupils had a fantastic trip to @ncanarkshire yesterday. They developed their knowledge of CAD in the workplace and they were given the opportunity to model a house in @AutodeskRevit and adapt a part for a working motor in @Autodesk Inventor. #CAD @CalderheadHS @CalderheadTech

Come along and support our young people and their businesses at thus year's trade fair at New College Lanakrshire, Motherwell on Friday 7th February. Pupils will be selling their goods between 12 and 4pm! All welcome! #youngenterprise @CalderheadHS

Hi Everyone. Here is some highlights from yesterday, it took almost 9 hours to complete. The walk up was hard but coming back down was horrible. Today I've been tired hungry and grumpy.... but that's OK

Wonderful effort from 2P6 this morning who finalised their card design models. We now have lots of interesting toy designs to develop after the Easter break 👍👏 #design #technology #activelearning #cardmodelling @CalderheadHS @CalderheadTech

Pupils learned about gears and built their own Lego models to generate electricity. Everyone got quite competitive when testing which gear design could generate the most electricity in a short 20 second timeframe.

@CalderheadHS pupils had a wonderful experience attending the @teentechevent hosted by the @UniStrathclyde. Pupils engaged with a variety of interactive #STEM activities designed by leading industry professionals to inspire our young people. #technology @CalderheadTech

Some of the activities included VR welding, building AI programmes, reaction testing and coding.
