I watch people make recipes from the respected areas they’re from. I do my research. This recipe is a very solid Hyderabadi Style Biryani. Just because it’s not how your mom makes it, it doesn’t discredit it. I don’t understand why so many people are mad 😭 there’s always respect to the food.
