Creating a collage headdress as part of our Rainforest project. We looked at how different tribes adorn their heads and bodies using the environment around them. Next week , we are making a headdress to wear followed by a photo shoot. And, Our Women’s Group taking a cooking dip!

35 YEARS!! 35 years ago today, the first 9 chimps arrived at Monkey World from Spain, where they had been abused as photographer's props for tourists. We still have five of those originial nine with us now- Cindy (pictured), Busta, Micky, Beth, and Sammy.

We had a perfect trip on the MV Freedom Boat yesterday- perfect weather,company and crew. The dolphin stayed with us for the whole time.. what a privilege to witness that! On our return, our coffee group name was decided and poster was produced. A happy/productive day all round!
