White male workers have been operating under affirmative access discrimination for decades. Minority female LGBTQ folks tick 3 DEI boxes and have been hired over others regardless of accomplishments. White males fill zero Affirmative Action/DEI criteria. Under these conditions how do white males survive in the labor market? By being first to market with skills that DEI candidates can't provide. By doing jobs that DEI folks can't do like some of the trades. DEI candidates also earn less than more qualified folks in the market. The joke in corporate America is that DEI programs cut labor costs by paying lower salaries. Far from being inclusive, they are designed to exploit while appearing woke. Business owners should keep their operations in NYC and pay lower salaries to contractors, live in Red States and pay lower taxes. If they live in NYC they deserve what they get.
