MySignature.io，做邮件签名的。 就邮件最后那几行「张三 | 产品经理 | 138xxxx」，还需要专门网站？我一开始也觉得扯。 但你真去Gmail里加过logo吗？让签名在Outlook、Apple Mail、手机上都不变形？加一排能点的社交图标？我试过一次，烦死了，放弃了。 所以这生意能存在。 乌克兰利沃夫的小团队，2017年开始干，就几个人。每个月二三十万访问，六成多从Google搜过来的，SEO吃饭，不怎么烧广告。 免费版先让你用，想去水印、加功能、管团队，掏钱升Pro。十几刀一个月，团队版按人头算便宜点。 他们在AppSumo卖过终身买断，后来自己发博客说这事亏了——本来按月付的人，看到买断就不订阅了。但那波用户帮忙找了不少bug，也算没白干。 签名之外还做了link in bio的页面，还有Chrome插件追踪邮件打开。都是往上加钱的路子。 天花板肯定有，邮件签名就这么点市场，竞品还一堆。但人家成本低，几个人能养活，也不图做多大。

@maciejcupial @inboxzero_ai Ya. So I actually changed the model midday. It’s around 10%. So roughly 10 trials started over the 100 sign ups. It’s a bit higher but that’s rough number. And it would have been more if I had done the 7 day trial model all day. Many of them will cancel before trial ends though.

Product Hunt isn't dead. This is what a 5th placed Product Hunt launch looks like. A typical day for @inboxzero_ai is 10-20 sign ups. Today it's already at 80. Should easily break 100. The v1 launch (where Inbox Zero came in 1st) brought in thousands of new sign ups.
