@HydeHousing @EmilyThornberry Hi. They’ve all been logged correctly by more than 8 flats in our building. First was logged 6 December (>40 days ago). No answer. When will we get a reply? It’s costing some residents £200+ more per month (2x last year). Must be an error.

It really is never ending with @HydeHousing . Many residents have queried service charges (from c.£170pcm to c£400+pcm) due to fire related line items (shouldn’t be charged for!). No response… when will we get an answer?! @EmilyThornberry

With the deadline having passed, I hope Michael Gove will come to the despatch box today and tell us which developers signed the remediation contract and what the consequences will be for any that refused to do so.

You know it’s bad when you 📞 the company listed as a contributor to the new @RICSnews guidance (@esurv) re a @homesengland H2B valuation and they tell you they won’t value the property without an EWS1, even though the guidance THEY wrote says it isn’t needed… 🧐🤨@EOCS_Official

(For context we know what the defects are, have confirmation we aren’t paying, and should have a signed works agreement in 2-4 weeks with works starting in 6-8 weeks…)
