In this seminar, I’ll give a brief history of my YouTube channel and my motivations for creating it. Then I’ll talk about the lessons I’ve learned along the way and describe some of the techniques I use to make complicated-sounding things relatively easy to understand. Bam."

Abstract: "A long time ago I made a YouTube video about a statistical metric called R-squared. 9 people watched it in the first year, making it a huge success and outperforming my expectations. Now my videos are watched over a million times a month.
