Just five NFL teams are left that don't have their own standalone practice facilities/headquarters. The five still in their stadiums: The Bengals, Packers, Panthers, Patriots and Texans.
New England and now Houston have standalone facilities coming. 👇

One thing that stood out to me about the Bad Bunny performance was that it was all choreographed primarily for the cameras, not designed to engage with and entertain the live audience. It feels like a huge shift from halftime shows of the past. The audience used to be the primary ones being performed to and the cameras were there to capture the moment so viewers at home could get a secondhand experience. Now that’s flipped, but it shouldn’t be.

Allie Beth is right. That’s exactly what it felt like. I told my husband “This is a flag planting” It didn’t feel like a “cultural experience.” It felt…rude. I don’t know how else to describe it. It felt like @nfl telling the average American to f*** off.

Doing an entire show at an iconic American event in a language most of the country does not understand is a humiliation ritual

People my age crack me up about the Super Bowl halftime show. “I wish they’d just have *fill in the blank artist” like they used to have.
Bro, we’re old. They’re not catering to us anymore. The artists they do have are now the bands their target audience does want to hear. Our day is over. It’s gone. Outside of our dream a couple years ago with all the awesome rappers from the 90’s, our job is to watch our kids enjoy it.

#NerdStats: Grey Zabel becomes the 14th player to win a college football national title and the Super Bowl in back to back years.
The first ever from the FCS to do that.
Last time can use that stat with the Bison.

@PGATUOR Doug Ferguson occupies a special place in media corps. Such is his respect, he can trade barbs with Koepka. As you saw

Former Jets GM Mike Maccagnan didn't mess up in the 2018 draft when he picked Sam Darnold third overall after the Browns took Mayfield and the Giants took Saquon. Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson turned out to better players than Darnold and have won the MVP, but neither has been to the Super Bowl. Darnold got there Sunday with Seattle, his fifth team.
Joe Douglas made a huge mistake deciding to trade Darnold and draft Zach Wilson in 2021. This is not a second-guess. I said it at the time. Wilson was not good enough to dump Darnold. The Jets should have auctioned off the second pick in the draft and used all the draft capital to build a team around Darnold.

By preseason odds, Super Bowl LX is the most unlikely Super Bowl in at least 50 years, per @SOHistory.
➡️Seahawks were 60-1 at @BetMGM
➡️Patriots were 80-1
First time two teams have met in the Super Bowl and both had higher than 50-1 preseason odds
