@PlannerTomB Norwich doesn’t have a statutory Green Belt so he must be confusing it with greenfield development

@PlannerTomB I don't he's the biggest fan of the planning system. In Alpha Papa, he takes dedications on his radio show for anyone who's been wrongly refused planning permission whilst in This Time, he talks about protesting against Council plans to build a leisure centre in the Green Belt
