The NH Senate just acceded to the House request to remove amendment 1938s from HB 1376. Originally a bill protecting parent's right to raise their children in a manner consistent with their biological sex, 1938s would have allowed teenage girls' healthy body parts to be surgically removed for any reason.

The main stream news is failing to do their job, so here is the bigger picture on this story out of NH. The man pretending to be a woman hanging out in women and children's private spaces is Christopher Beaulieu. He was previously convicted of felonious sexual assault (victim was a minor). So the thing they say never happens is absolutely happening. He also hangs out at Chuck E Cheese in Manchester. Judy Walcott was getting ready to use the bathroom in the women’s locker room at the Concord Planet Fitness when she saw Christopher hanging up belongings outside a shower. Understandably she was very uncomfortable and scared (I know this feeling because men use our restrooms in the State House too), so she went to the front desk and reported it. The employees ignored it. A few days later, she reported it to another employee who called her “transphobic” and told her to quit if she didn’t like it. A few hours later, the assistant manager called her and canceled the membership. They forged her signature on the cancelation too. This smells like a lawsuit waiting to happen. So a woman was punished for being frightened in her private space, and the man is still hanging out freely in there. @KellyAyotte help! @libsoftiktok

HB1573, my bill to give students excused absences to engage in civics and CTE programs and protect students in situations of manifest educational hardship, just passed the House and is on its way to Gov. @KellyAyotte’s desk! This bill will help empower students to learn in new ways outside the classroom and I look forward to seeing the new ways they’ll get involved!

The concurrence vote was 178-170.
The Senate already passed it 14–8.

This is what is on the line for NH in November.
@NHGOP legislators open up so many avenues for education for every NH child.
NH Dems will destroy school choice on every level.
They want every child forced into one learning path and this the public school system. If you think property taxes are problem now wait until they force around 12,000 children back into your local schools.

Gad Saad dropped the hammer on Fox this morning.
We now live in a world where:
- Rape victims get less sympathy than their rapists
- Homeowners get less than the squatters breaking in
- American vets get less than illegal migrants
- Repeat felons with 186 charges get 200 more “chances” because “society made them do it”
This isn’t kindness.
This is suicidal empathy.
Universities spent decades teaching our judges, leaders, and elites that personal agency is a myth if you check the right oppression boxes. So criminals become victims, victims become bigots for complaining, and the whole system rots from the inside.

One of the highlights of the day for me was asking Democrat Rep. Tom Oppel if he wants an Income Tax - and his answer says it all!
This November, it will be clear: a vote for a Democrat for any office is a vote closer to an Income Tax in New Hampshire.
