Great to bump into past student Nye whilst on our visit to @cardiffmet with year 12 today. Nye had just been to morning pre season rugby training and has just finished his 2nd year. Thanks for the chat Nye and great to hear how all the other boys are doing #stillaproudheadofyear

Looking forward to our ‘University Experience Day’ today @cardiffmet with all of year 12. Excited to see what it’s like to be a student for the day with some taster lectures and a movie mini graduation. Visiting my old uni where I did my PGCE just a few moons ago 😉

Then came our annual year 13 leavers’ coffee and catch-up event. It was great to see all our students come back to @NewportH @NewportHAcademy for a catch-up with staff and collect their very well deserved A level certificates. 🤝👏👍

And a well deserved visit to Starbucks to end a fantastic day 🤩
