The Niagara Region is experiencing a widespread telephony issue impacting calls over the Bell and Rogers voice networks impacting all providers, including NRBN. It's been escalated with Bell and we'll monitor the situation. No ETR. We'll issue an update when we have more info.

Outage Update: Regarding our Niagara Falls area outage, estimated time to repair is late evening today to early morning tomorrow. If you continue to experience issues afterwards, please call our Technical Support team to troubleshoot at 1-877-331-6726.

@CMfromCanada There was a city-wide power outage in your area that affected our internet service. This outage may have also impacted other service providers in the area. As soon as power was restored, our services were back online immediately.
