Trying to help (young)footballers is hard, when coaches and manages don't tell players the truth. The amount of stories i hear week on end and season by season. Be a better part of the cycle and don't lead players on. We should be creating opportunities for players!!

@CoachTalabi99 and I are no longer working with @WellingTownFC and will no longer be running the u23s. The u23s will continue, however, without involvement from any of or our players. We wish @WellingTownFC u23s the best of luck for the season.

Looking for young wide players to join @allstarsfcbts . You'll play u23s football midweek and Step 8 football on Saturdays. When ready, we'd help you progress up the level. 12 of our players aged 16 - 19 from last season are all playing step 6-4 football this season. @KCFL1516

It's funny how it's always politics for players when they talk about experiences at a higher level. Some players aren't good enough. Not everyone can be a professional

97% of former cat 1 academy players now aged 21 to 26 never made a Premier League appearance. 🤯 70% weren't handed a pro contract at an EPL or EFL club. And only 1 in 10 went on to make more than 20 league appearances in the top four tiers of English football. There will be some absolute world beaters that haven't made the grade because they don't fit the clubs ethos & have unfortunately fell by the wayside. 🙁
