I’ve been paying back my student loans for over 20 years w/ @Navient PSLF denied, teacher forgiveness denied, denied denied at every turn now these MFers are moving my loan to MOHELA, another terrible agency. I doubt I’ll see any $$ but doing all I can to pay off my balance asap

Today, @CFPB is ordering @Navient to pay $120 million in refunds and penalties for its wide-ranging student loan servicing failures. More importantly, Navient, formerly known as Sallie Mae, will be banned from ever directly servicing federal student loans. consumerfinance.gov/about-us/newsr…

@Navient is the worst company on earth. They can't process a simple payment without screwing it up.
Double charges, overcharges, etc.
They can't even transfer a call properly. They keep people on "brief 2 to 3 minute" holds that are closer to 20 to 30 minutes. Then call drops.

Just spent abt an hour on the phone with @navient. While trying to explain why I called to my case manager, I was cut off. When I mentioned I was a customer, I was told that I wasn't due to being behind on my payments. I asked to speak to a supervisor & placed on hold abruptly.

@Navient is full of it smh I’ve been in school since August. They just added money to all my loans and reported I haven’t paid January 5 to the credit bureau so my credit just dropped 42 points smh I hope yall take that money yall added back off and my credit better go back up!
