Kenya's Controller of Budget has flagged delays in settlement of Treasury Bond Interest obligations to the tune of Kes 53.56 billion. The delays were as follows: · Kes 25.79 billion that was due on June 16th, 2025 but ended up being paid on July 15th, 2025 · Kes 15.79 billion that was due on June 9th, 2025 but ended up being paid on July 15th, 2025 · Kes 11.98 billion that was due on May 19th, 2025 but ended up being settled on July 15th, 2025

What has happened to the @NPSOfficial_KE for the last 3 years, has completely eroded the image of the police service. Instead of being independent and impartial, on the ground its a different story. At this rate, the police will be the enemy to the people

ATPU is very visible to the public. Part of their team guards the DCI HQ entries. Not to belittle them, but apart from raiding Jimmie Wanjigi's home and escorting Mike Sonko to Kahawa Law Courts, I haven't really seen them in any major operations. They just operate as backups to other elite operational units like Recce Company.
