Can @nectar give me a good reason why I have to sever my VPN connection home to use their app? It can’t be security as my fibre out pipe at home is more secure than a mobile phone operators due to the lack of unnecessary tracking, or is that your problem?

@nectar ,I have called & live chat with your call centre coming upto a dozen times They are lovely but ultimately useless. Nothing has been resolved . Yesterday I was told I would get a call back from a manager & again nothing ,no call . Is there someone in the UK I can talk too?

@sainsburys @nectar while your customer service people are great and are trying to be helpful, your tech is awful, really cant believe how difficult it has been to change an email on both accounts. Not a great customer experience for something so simple.
