@nectar Hi, someone has used my nectar points in Preston. I live in Surrey. At least £10 has been used and I'd really like that back. I dont know how this happened as I have the card and the nectar ID logged in on my phone. Can I get this back?

@nectar Despite marking Caffè Nero vouchers as used they still appear as available. There is a permanent message saying that there are problems with showing vouchers. I suspect that I have marked unused vouchers as used because of this glitch. How can I retrieve them?

@nectar I have never had a nectar card before and I have been trying to register online and when I put my postcode in and address. When I click find my address is says no address found??? I did try to ring your 0344 number but you have to enter your card number to speak to nectar???
