@nectar It's been 3 days since I received an online shop and I haven't gotten any nectar points for it, I also activated a deal to get 3x points on the shop, and that seems to have applied to something else instead which was worth much less points instead

@TerryMcCrossan @nectar I have had the same problem for 6 weeks and still not resolved. I have 11 vouchers I can’t access and running out of time to use. @nectar are shocking at resolving this every time I email it takes a week to reply and they keep asking for a screen shot of problem.

@nectar hi it has now been over 28 days and still no resolution to my problem. I have 2,800 point (minimum) in coffee vouchers that need to be used before 17th August, escalation number is CE-202605-10041 there is no change to the status.

@nectar I made a mistake with my phone number and wanted to correct it so I could login to my nectar account. I have earlier requested for my phone number to be corrected and I was assured that it will be corrected, but unfortunately it hasn't been updated yet.

@nectar my receipt for 64.44 shows 0 points added for the shop even though the card scanned ok. A 5x voucher was also used and for some reason this didn’t register either although I guess 5x 0 is 0? Can you advise why 0 points for quite a substantial shop?
