The riders have now bridged over the Borovets Pass, and have a steady descent all the way to Sofia now. The gap between the peloton and the break is two and a half minutes. #GirodItalia 🩷

All ready for stage three at the #GirodItalia with the riders tackling a category two climb before the run into Sofia 👊 The flag drops shortly at 11:15 BST.

An exciting finish sees the lead groups combine in the final kilometre at the #GirodItalia. @Eganbernal and @ThymenArensman now sit third and fourth overall on GC following time bonuses gained before the final climb.

The stage is currently neutralised at the #GirodItalia with 20km to go following a large crash. Sending our best wishes to everyone involved.
