The Brooklyn Nets will decline their $6.25 million team option on Ziaire Williams, league sources told @hoopshype. The 24-year-old forward averaged 10.2 points in 56 games played for Brooklyn last season. Williams will become an unrestricted free agent.

The more they engage NJ + Long Island, the more fans they can create long term too.

We are still the same fans! NJ Nets kept the colors from the NY Nets era, who kept it from the Americans era. Brooklyn era embracing tradition while maintaining their own identity is a good thing! #netsworld

im partial to the black and white, but i do think adding the red and blue back as a trim/accent would be the way to go for a rebrand
