Werewolves are in the northern hemisphere, and not the Southern. We see lots of werewolves in the USA, Europe, and Russia. We don't see them in Africa or Australia because there aren't any wolves. There was an outbreak of were-thylacines in Australia in 1987 (look it up: Howling 3). Also Africa already has leopard men which are probably worse than werewolves.
One reason that Argentina probably has the anti-werewolf law is because in Argentina, it would probably derived from the maned-wolf which has super-long legs, so it can run down cars.

The N64 expansion paks now have thermal pads installed. Not sure why they have heat sinks on them but they don't even come close to touching the chips. Seems very odd go go through all the hassle for no benefit.

Yeah I thought this was a huge deal too until you realize that for a 10kW transformer, the difference between grain oriented steel is saving ~300W of losses.
100W of losses versus 400W.
Large as a fraction of losses, not a big issue in a 'we need to replace all the transformers quickly' type thing.

You need grain oriented steel to make utility transformers. There's ~2k different types of steel and 80% were developed in the last 30 years-ish. Grain oriented steel minimizes energy losses through precise grain alignment during manufacturing. "grain" refers to the individual crystals (or crystal grains) that make up the polycrystalline metal structure of the steel. Only one US manufacturer of GOES. to spin up new ones = 3-5 years, you gotta go through recruiting headaches, etc....

Wiha doesn't accept 1/4" bits. Hazet is expensive (€500+). Wera doesn't have a single tool that covers this range.
So far my best option is this Stahlwille model (~€290)
