May 5th is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit Peoples. On this day, red dresses are hung to raise awareness of violence against Indigenous women, girls, two-spirit and gender-diverse people. #MMIWG2S #NoMoreStolenSisters

On Friday, New Directions hosted our annual Community Clean Up, in honour of #EarthDay. Together, staff and individuals supported by New Directions picked up trash in our neighbourhoods as part of an effort to help our community become cleaner and safer."
