Joff Stenn Wroy Philossaint has been stripped of his U.S. citizenship after a judge ruled he lied during the process while running a $3.8 million COVID relief fraud scheme.
Prosecutors say he submitted 40 fake loan applications and pocketed over $500,000 in funds and kickbacks.
He was later sentenced to more than 12 years in prison, with the court now revoking the citizenship he obtained through false statements.
Officials say the ruling sends a clear message: fraud and lies can cost you everything.
