UNACCEPTABLE.
The conversion fails due to non-humanly massive eyes, creating an uncanny CGI look rather than a real photo.

Task 2: sketch to photorealistic (Portrait) YES. The scene shows a physically plausible human subject in a coherent real-world pose, making it a valid blueprint for photorealistic conversion.
