@onenzofficial Hi @NZComCom. @Onenzofficial has clearly demonstrated they *can* serve a wide variety of phones with the satellite capability they promoted so widely in 2024. Apparently they just don’t *want* to. I wonder if they profit from stimulating new phone purchases.

First satellite to mobile text messages successfully sent just six days after launch. This is incredible technology - satellites 800km up in lower orbit, with cell towers strapped to them, travelling at 27,000 km per hour, sending messages to a mobile phone on earth. 🤯 @onenzofficial is on track with @SpaceX to deliver coverage and safety for NZ like never before. 🔥💪 PS - I cannot confirm or deny that the first text message sent was “Up The Wahs”
