Day 11 of journaling my entreprenuerial journey: Studied SMH - exams gonna be out soon so I can focus on the real stuff. Lots of introspection today though, got a much better understanding of my own psychology which has been preventing my from taking action. Fear of looking dumb on camera, fear of going against what everyone around me expects, none of it is really real. You can watch other people's videos and realize even the pros aren't perfect. I'm done with overanalyzing and overthinking. It's all just your brain protecting itself along with tribalism.

Day 10 of journaling my entrepreneurial journey: Executing on my next idea - the difference this time is it's actually going to solve a problem for myself. Going to be much easier for me to share on social media, postable, potential to go viral - it's not just going to sit on X this time. Picked up lots of lessons from last build as I expect this one will too, but I am going to face a larger fear of mine: -Recording myself and putting it online for everyone to see (likely mutuals) Going to be intertwined with personal brand, interested in seeing what will happen!

Day 9 of journalling (quick lil retitle) my entrepreneurial journey: Only been in the digital product game for about a month now, prior to this I was making fortnite montages on yt, flipping thousands worth of sneakers on marketplace, trading too many memecoins, and tinkering with e-commerce. Now I am at a point of pivot, my idea Clipza, was just too broad, too general, and lacked substance. Sure it worked and provided value, but compared to competitors whether that be my ability to distribute or my actual features, there wasn't much chance. It was not a failure though, I learnt a TON, immersed myself deeper into the market and realized that the product itself didn't even allign with me. I want to build something I would use myself whilst also having the capability to be viral online, that's my next product in mind, starting my build tomorrow.

Day 8 of journaling my build on Clipza/Entrepreneurship Built a dashboard where you can access all your previously made clips. Hit the gym + studied a lil (uni gotta go bruh) Insane friction from actually finding people to cold outreach, I am going to try and automate it

Day 7 on journaling my build on Clipza/Entrepreneurship No actual building or feedback attempts done today, several interruptions during the day prevented me from doing so. But I developed a structured daily workflow and also some basic features that I am missing on my product before I actually start pushing it online via other social channels. Time to take this product from just a learning experience to an actually market test, a pivot will be determined soon.

Day 6 of journaling my build on ClipZa/ Entrepreneurship Finally Got some feedback through reddit - not from customers but fellow builders. Mainly gained insight on distribution (find communities in your niche to share so you can get closer to your market) And also insight on product feautures, captions are a must add. I also improved how clips are selected so I can get even stronger moments through the tool.

Day 5 of journalling my build on ClipZa/Entrepreneurship Where the fuck did all the time go today. I hit gym, all I did was 10+ marketplace listings, a marketplace meetup of trading cards which I immidiately sorted through and listed tonight. Literally did nothing to grow my product at all, dopamine mad fried, I'm just straight up cooked bruh. These past couple of days have been filled with procastination, brain fog, and avoidance. Genuine best takeaway is that I need to start taking more action, I have so much time everyday yet I let it slip away, I could be making content, reaching out to people, networking online, etc. But instead I choose to do the most random shit everyday. #chud

Is it worth setting up an ai agent to automate a part of your feedback loop such as finding leads in your market to cold outreach? Never used one before, do they even live up to the hype?

Day 4 of journalling my build on clipza/entreprenuership Procastinated too much, really didn't do much today except making a producthunt account,thinking about my business, and going to the gym. Seems that distribution is the bottleneck for everyone here, not just for feedback but also for genuine revenue, I think I can gain my edge here 100% - especially cuz I can't code for shit, but SAAS is a great way to provide value to others with AI Also cleaned my pc today for the first time in 6-7 years, shit was nasty I just need to build a daily system with non-negotiables revolving around my business (have the health aspect dialed already), If I can enter a position to get 1% better everyday consistently then I can't fail.

As an 18 yr old trying to become a succesful entrepreneur What skill should I be putting most of my time to? What should I avoid?

"Vibe coding" is clearly the current meta. But since AI can now build an entire app in a few hours, the barrier to entry is officially zero. What is the actual meta going to be 6 months from now when there are 10 million identical SaaS apps?

Day 3 on journalling my build on Clipza Cold outreach - that's it, really just looking for any sort of feedback from anyone at this point. Constantly battling the thought of trying to build a new product becuase this one "doesn't work" but I haven't validated that yet, so I just have to push through. Even the business model as a whole, SaaS has amazing upsides but also harsh downsides, but that's goes with everything. Just need to learn and figure out what works + doesn't and gather skills.

Day 2 on journalling my build on Clipza Didn't really do much today, kinda feel ashamed for making myself even post this. Procastinating too much, sure I did some petite ui changes based on my first source of feedback from reddit + gained some deeper insight on how I should position. But I am not putting in nearly as much volume as I should, cold outreach is probably the highest roi thing I can do right now but I have been struggling to find people to DM. I don't have any excuses, it's all on me, need more discipline for sure.

Feeling super stuck right now, what were the best sources for feedback for y'all? Before I put anytime into upgrading/changing the front or backend, I'm forcing myself to hear from more people but its a struggle. Idk why I feel stressed about this at 18, I should probably detach myself from all outcomes and only care about inputs.
