@OkechukwuO83115 @NoNonsensezone @SIR_BULLS He was referring to a particular person that is why he said Igbo..... Not Igbo's

@NoNonsensezone @SIR_BULLS Dishonesty in business is an individual thing. No tribe is exempted from that.

I have learnt something about the Igbos!!!
AY is a Yoruba man who accused Basket Mouth, an Igbo man of not paying him on time for a show he did for him in the past.
Igbos started attacking their fellow Igbo man, Basket Mouth on social media because of what AY, a Yoruba man said about him.
If Basket Mouth were to be a Yoruba and AY were to be Igbo, the Yorubas would start defending their son.
I am a Yoruba woman but we have to be telling ourselves the truth.
Igbos are not tribalistic. ~Omotola Jalade

When they move abroad as immigrants - they make friends based on visa categories. They don't even date below their visa categories. 😂
When they're on Twitter, the reiterate that stratification. small accounts vs big accounts. 💀
I reflect a lot on our ideological design, as a people. Nigerians are morally bankrupt, culturally deficient and rooted in faux elitism.
This is why some markets exist for us, because they can take advantage of that shameless insecurity - and I genuinely don't think the reason is poverty.
I've visited other poor countries. These countries do not see cars beyond what they are, a means a transportation. They don't see restaurants beyond what they are. They don't see dates beyond what they are.
Something fundamentally is wrong with us.
For us, it isn't even enough that we succeed - it is important that other fail, or don't succeed as much as we do. It is important for us to have an edge other others. It is such a sick attitude.
Person A has one house. Person B has two houses. It isn't enough that they both have roof over their heads - Person B innately subclasses Person A.
You should also to hear from a Nigerian gym goer that you're not "man enough" because you don't bench as much as he does. 💀
As segwayed as these analogies are, they are rooted in the same proportionality. It points to the same mental illness.
Who did this to us?

THE GIFT OF F00LISH PEOPLE.
When people say they can’t believe others still support and defend certain things…
I want you to understand that even F00LISH people are a gift to humanity.
1. They make wisdom visible.
2. They remind you that not every voice deserves your attention.
3. They force you to choose your circle carefully.
4. They test your discipline.
5. Foolish people remove your confusion.
They show you exactly what not to do.
6. They help you see the difference
between right and wrong… clearly.
So don’t be frustrated by foolish people…
learn from them because even the foolish recognise their foolishness… but pride won’t let them admit it.
Don’t expect everybody to understand you.
You’re not speaking to everyone.
You’re speaking to your audience.
When you see people defending a government that is clearly stealing their future, just understand that it is a privilege for them to be foolish. If e easy, try to be foolish.
THE GIFT OF WISE PEOPLE.
1. They expand your thinking.
One conversation can shift your direction.
2. They show you what matters.
Not everything deserves your time or energy.
3. They don’t just impress you, they refine you.
4. They raise your standards.
Quietly… but permanently.
5. They don’t just give answers... They change how you think.
