@Kdhchels_ That was Exactly how Pepe Reine performed in Champions league Final against AC Milan
English

@JoshuajHolden @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Climbing a mountain is just climbing on top of a big rock. Since a lot of people seem to think caving or cave diving are certain death surely people have achieved something if they've got through a difficult or dangerous cave without dying?
English

@NotRyanP @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu You havent achieved anything, squeezing through a rock isnt an achievement haha.
English

My best friend's sister had a son who liked to cave dive. One day he went into a fairly simple cave with several other divers. The first diver went under, and then either got stuck or panicked or something, and drowned before surfacing at the far side. EVERY OTHER DIVER went under and followed the same path, then was blocked by the first corpse, and drowned, including my friend's son. I don't remember how many died but it was at least 3-4.

This is “The Devil's Butt”! Cave divers' risky technique to navigate tight passages by removing their tanks.
English

@leyohs @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu I do this also. I get different satisfaction from one than I do the other. Shocking that you think you can enjoy one thing and one thing only.
English

@__C0zyy @houserobbing Don't you think this is a false equivalent? That's like saying a soldier being on the front line is the same as them sticking the barrel in their mouths themselves. One's very dangerous, granted. But it's not literally suicide.
English

@houserobbing Yeah dude go fight a hippo bare handed, but you wont cause your scared.
Fear is a survival response not "im awesome badass cool guy who isnt afraid of nothing" theres courage and theres foolishness.Diving into a dark cave that you have break your ribs to crawl through is foolish
English

@ADub1581 @Arizeta4 @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Yeah but thats not my point. I'm saying the two activities skydiving and diving into a pool are not comparable, same as caving and rock climbing. If cave diving is what someone enjoys rock climbing wont give the same thrill or satisfaction.
English

@NotRyanP @Arizeta4 @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu As someone who enjoys skydiving/paragliding, my justification is that if my equipment fucks up, my hypothetical death is very likely to be quick and painless. Cave divers end up dying in the worst possible ways
English

@NotRyanP @SeanBasquiat @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu you should genuinely get into fucked up BDSM stuff it would be both more logical and more honorable than caving
English

@SeanBasquiat @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Yeah im the opposite, i love heights and i love tight enclosed spaces! Different strokes for different folks y'know
English

@NotRyanP @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Gonna try and be less critical. But it’s not the fact that I’m not willing to. I’m deathly scared of heights and think rock climbing is nuts but I see the feat in it. Same with skydiving.
I genuinely can’t see anything positive about this.
English

@SeanBasquiat @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu I like being underground bro, dont get so worked up about it and just admit you dont have an adventurous side! I also climb mountains so I know the feeling is equivalent
English

@NotRyanP @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu It’s a storied climb guided by sherpas. And the achievement of Mt. Everest isn’t as highly regarded now.
The free solo dude gets a lot of recognition but at least that a feat. He climbed something with his bare hands.
Y’all finding stinky dark pits to trap yourselves in.
English

@SeanBasquiat @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu 1000s of people climb everest every year and still think they've achieved something by the end of it.
English

@NotRyanP @ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Marathon running and skiing are sensible risks with measurable achievements that are widely recognized. You risk dying in the one of the most ridiculable ways possible.
English

@ottio_o @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu What does a marathon runner achieve when they run a marathon? Or a skiier when they do a difficult run? They push their mind and body and get a sense of achievement
English

@Arizeta4 @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Because it's not the same. In a similar you could also say to someone who loves skydiving why they don't get into jumping off diving boards into pools. They wont
English

@NotRyanP @CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu Why not make a safe place but with the same challenge? at least you don't have to die. Like rock climbing?
English

@CreativeRhay @SandyofCthulhu I can't speak for cave divers but as a caver a big part of the appeal of going to these places is the challenge involved, pushing yourself and feeling like you've achieved something on the other side. Also the possibility of going somewhere and finding something no one has before
English

@SandyofCthulhu I really don't get cave diving. Where's the fun in going into dark enclosed spaces with muddy water? Why not just dive in open deep blue seas
English

@DazWareham Would have been one the greatest ever Exeter goals! Insane player is Jayden
English

@Pine_PVFC @OfficialPVFC Winnable game? Mate youre rock bottom and we have the best defensive record in the league. Pull your head out your ass. Your lot are just wank
English

@OfficialPVFC Conclusion: a team of absolute losers. Winnable game, mediocre opposition and yet we opened the floodgates after their first. Gordon, Shipley, C Hall should never start again
English

@BIGBIRDBO This goal was for his team to get promoted to the Premier league after over 2 hours of playing, for context
English

I’ll never understand why soccer players act like they just won the World Cup every single time they score. It’s embarrassing.
