@lander6482 There are various factors that could result in a broken pole such as weather conditions, human error, whether the product has been pitched correctly etc. You can email us at sales@olpro.co.uk if you would like our team to look into this further for you.

@OLPRO what is covered under tent warranty please? We suffered quite a bit of damage last week and the tent has come away from the seams in a couple of places and eyelets have come clean off in others. Can provide pictures if necessary. Thanks
