Allegheny County loses about 600 trees a day. Trees are a #SDoH, worthy of investment for all the reasons outlined. And planting trees together in communities can be a social act, neighbors coming together, costs & labor shared among many @onetreepitt npr.org/2019/09/04/755…

Great tree planting day with the @Avonworthschool students and @TreePgh at Ohio Township Park. The kids are exicited to see how their trees will grow over time. They will visit them throughout the summer and fall as they walk in the park!
