@TeamYouTube Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I have already tried all those steps (sign out/in, restart, different browsers, and cleared cache/cookies). The issue is a specific technical bug where I enter the queue, reach number 1, and then get an error & also can't connect to any agent.

@OUAT_001 Is this happening across devices? If you haven't yet, try to restart your device, sign out & log back in to your account. Make sure that you're using the latest version of the app, as this usually fixes most issues. Let us know how it goes

@TeamYouTube I am trying to use Live Chat support but the session keeps freezing and giving me a "Could not cancel the chat request. Please try again." error.
