@fy1doctoralice I haven’t seen the content but why is that bad? Are you suggesting we limit gym advice to only a certain sub set of doctors? If so, who? Cardiologist? T+O? GP? Also you can still be registered with the GMC but without a license to practise.

I suspect @OUHospitals may be the only NHS organisation to make its CFO personally responsible in this way. Hope I'm wrong!

I'm fascinated by how many of these people work in healthcare. Could the NHS be pushing on an open door if it wanted to do more to tackle the CO2 emissions from staff travel with more support for cycling/walking/public transport? May interest @OUHCFO

@JackSerleHSJ @OUHospitals Yes you can count them. Every trust uses temporary staffing. So cost out is possible as is extra elective activity and income.

@JackSerleHSJ @OUHCFO @OUHospitals This is difficult to prove. The decrease in bed day does not make money as it can only materialise if you can close some beds.
