BREAKING: Utah Prop 4 repeal will not make it on the 2026 ballot. Signature removal requests processed on Wednesday brought SD15 nearly 260 names below the threshold. The petition now has enough signatures in only 25 of 29 state Senate districts and no longer qualifies for the ballot. Signature removals will continue until April 23.
