The receiving public facility says they have everything the patient needs, specialists and blood is available and they can send an ambulance to collect the patient (in that county ambulance services were free). The patient remains at the emergency room awaiting the relatives to come and clear the 15k used for imaging and other interventions. The patient succumbs at 12.45pm.
