@OdumWorld Depends on the person but AI is definitely teaching me new ways of working and allowing me to do things I would have never been able to do without it!

My day as non-tech founder: VS Code on screen 2, designing the landing page in tab 1, dogfooding onboarding in tab 2, scrolling X in tab 3, dreaming up a stock portfolio in tab 4, spitballing app names in Cowork desktop, and building a reskin plan with Code desktop. How about you?

@ai_future_97 🤯 Seriously. I'm the 1990s dial-up in comparison. At the same time, I laugh when people say "AI is making you dumber." I feel like its creating new pathways in my brain, ha!

@OdumWorld Context switching is hard! I’m impressed you can keep your head on straight with so much going on 😅. In the agent era that’s what I’ve found to be hardest- constantly being the human bottlenecking the work where my judgement is needed

@stiennon Exactly! I'm wondering, too, are there tech words or phrases tech people would never say that AI uses regularly? I saw a post that Fable was making up coding words or using terms that aren't widely recognized/used. I find that interesting.

As a writer I can usually recognize AI writing patterns and lexicon fairly quickly. If you're in tech, what are the tells (words, phrases, patterns) you see when non-tech people talk about coding or building an app that comes from AI? (I heard Fable was making up words?)

@BuildurBrand_io I always used em dashes in my writing but never do now. I've found it's nearly impossible to get it to stop using them. ha!

I'm moving across the country in 49 days. "do you have a plan?" yes. "fuc it we ball" is the plan. to many people get wrapped up in logistics. - crime rates - housing costs - "what about taxes?" the more you worry about things you can't control the more nothing gets done.

So here’s the deal… I used @LaunchChair to create @Buildhop_io. LaunchChair helped me take a fuzzy little idea and turn it into something I could actually build. BuildHop is what came out of that. It started as an endless discovery loop for builders, but it’s become more than a feed. It’s a place to launch, get discovered after launch day, collect useful feedback, and find distribution tools for founders who are trying to get their product seen. I love that BuildHop exists because I had a tool that helped me move from “maybe this is something?” to “okay, let’s build it.” And now I get to keep building it in public. 🐇✨
