Still getting so many emails about our £250M idea for Oakwood! While we're not currently working on it since ASPRO wasn't interested, it's amazing to feel all this support so far on. Maybe one day @WelshGovernment we can make something awesome?

@DazeLightTTV @Abe_yeah24 I have not seen the full FOI and don’t plan to as I want to focus on future projects. We did plan a whole resort with swimming pools, hotels glamping and £25m new inverted once in a lifetime rollercoaster. Ultra themed park with new R&D teams. Lots of other awesome stuff.

@Abe_yeah24 @OfficialRLParks I received the FOI request today, it’s extremely detailed stating all of RLP’s plans for the site and the possibility of future projects… let’s just say Aspro missed out on what was an extremely promising future for Oakwood, I’m gutted Aspro said no 😔

This was a true project and could have been awesome. I understand the sadness We were devastated yesterday (I said today earlier) when we got told no.

Simply ask if anyone has been in touch from RLP. You may get the answer you want. The telephone is where ASPRO’s HQ is that I called today and Tuesday. Chase them.

The FOI pulled nothing up, I still do not know why. There will always be some who did not believe and that’s fine. But we are not liars. End of discussion

@CoasterRobfan1 I think we all do, the outcome more than likely will be selling back to the original owners family and expanding Bluestones.

@OfficialRLParks it’s such a huge shame tbh that ASPRO have decided to say it’s not for sale, the fact is when they started out they didn’t have much money and you guys have planned this so much out and they turned down an amazing opportunity both physically and financially

@CoasterRobfan1 It would cost too much to move from Oakwood as it was strategically built into the grounds foundations. We will not be able to ever acquire the ride. They can dismantle the track and move trains but it can never be the true Megafobia outside of Oakwood

@OfficialRLParks I suppose thats true just seems a waste for them invest in the refurbishment of megafobia and just let it rot instead of giving it a new lease of life in your new location wherever that maybe

@OfficialRLParks And also talk to the government so they can only use that land to amusement related things so they have nothing to do but sell the park or reopen
