One year ago today, the ElevenLabs Instagram had just hit 25,000 followers. Today we crossed 200,000. That's 8x growth in 12 months. We hit 100K on December 16th 2025, so the first 100K took 9 months and the second 100K took less than 3. Most of the growth happened in the last quarter, but it was built on six months of increased effort behind the scenes. What changed: → We shipped more educational content showing people how to actually use ElevenLabs, not just what it does. → We started sharing more from the community. Highlighting content and creators from the Chroma Awards and different ElevenLabs power users. → We share behind the scenes from events like the ElevenLabs Summit in London (this had a much bigger impact than I thought it would) → We built repeatable formats and templates that let us post more often without lowering the quality bar. → We set up AI automations to help us ideate, produce, and drive engagement faster. That's what made the increased volume sustainable. Big thanks to Joseph for editing and executing on so many of the content ideas that got us here. And to Matthieu for helping manage the community and keeping the conversations going every day. The biggest lesson: consistency compounds, and consistency is much easier with systems and automations. The results from the last three months are a direct product of the work from the past six months. We started going hard on Instagram from October and we didn't see the returns immediately. And of course, none of this works without a research team shipping incredible models, an engineering team building incredible products, a design team creating incredible visuals, the ops team making sure we can all focus on what really matters, and of course a boost from the performance marketing team helping drive awareness. A milestone like this belongs to the entire company, not just the people making videos and posting them. So big thanks to everyone at ElevenLabs. Excited to hit half a million next.
