Not really a fun time to be someone who needs a PCR test because they are actually symptomatic.

As part of getting our baby into a bedtime routine last year we started playing her a song that signaled bedtime. It's the number one song in my spotify wrapped again and this year it's put me in the top 1% of that artists listenership. Not sure if I recommend this technique.
