A phenomenal attacking display of rugby from Scotland a massive win over a top French side but it feels a bit deflating given the bonus point that the French got.

@Mrcento When Ive seen 343 work recently are with really mobile, athletic outside centre halves who step into midfield and a real intelligent, leader as the centre of the 3. I think that's what we tried this season but lack intelligence, positioning and commitment

@OnlyJoin2Follow This team would be far better set up with an extra body higher up the park than sat on the back line not contributing. I've seen some brilliantly done 343s at other clubs/leagues, but i've seen far more that flop. Even the good ones fall apart if the core ingredients get altered.

I'm trying to figure out whether it's stupidity, stubbornness or arrogance that keeps us going back to 343. It's certainly got nothing to do with anything we're good at. We're horribly reactive in it, can never get a foothold and not good enough on the ball to threaten on breaks

@stewart_buick Not sure about keeping Watters on he did very little again, Sapsford missed 2 chances he should have scored so not much between them though. Thought we were back in until Camara was taken off then we lost amy momentum aftee half decent start 2nd half

Goodwin took off the wrong striker tonight and should have left Watters on. When he went off we had nobody to hold the ball up.

@Mrcento Really good thread again, I always thought if you play 3 centre halves the point is to allow you to defend the box and pick players up but we dont, so there seems no advantage to having the extra defender rather than midfielder, where we're overran.

Side note as well, long been of the thinking that the best way to force these CB's into being more proactive is to take the excuse away from them of having 2 other CBs as cover. Leave no doubt who's ball it will be. Too many cooks all leaving it to each other.

@derailedexpress @dundeeunitedfc I was thinking Farrugia LWB and a 532 Sevelj, Camara & Agyei CM or Sevelj or Luca LWB the other RWB and sticking with 343. I think both have been LWB when Ferry missing and I think I recall it not going well

@uddyarab That's insane when you see it laid out like that. So many times get ourselves into strong positions in ganes and then get lazy and make mistakea

13 pts lost from losing goals from 85th minute onwards. What could have been a decent season turned into a poor one by sitting in and not seeing games out

Or Ogren and some of the support may believe Goodwin is as good as we can get ....which is depressing at the moment.

Not a single booking for either side has actually been a yellow. Clancy just card happy and useless for both sides.

@Tonypem I try and avoid them where possible but the ones that catch the public eye end up watching with a few mates and a couple of beers etc but isn't the same as when Im watching out of an interest for the boxing. Benn - Eubank we got lucky turned out ok
