So Mark isn’t qualified in any shape or form to run any federal department. For whites in this admin, you just need to be white and swear loyalty to Trump. If you’re not white but wish to be, loyalty to Trump needs to be at an abnormal high. This admin is white privilege in human form. Quite possibly the lowest IQ as a whole in US history.
