Scorpions Boston Bateman saw his dreams turn to reality when the San Diego Padres selected him in the second round of the MLB draft. Boston is looking forward to making his hometown proud and is starting a foundation in honor of his childhood friend who passed away from cancer.

Frontier High School graduated their largest class ever with 238 students. Rockets Criminal Justice teacher Lorraine Miramontes tragically past away this April and was honored during the ceremony. Her son handed out a $500 scholarship to Rockets Alejandra Torres in her honor. 🕊️
