just saw project hail mary (again) and there was a kid sat in front of me that straight up acted out this entire scene with rocky and grace 🥺🥺 they remained seated but did the whole hand gestures omg incredible things are happening in the film and in the movie theater itself

Project Hail Mary shows how easy it is to make movies people want to see. Just have a great story, perfect casting, and perfect directing, and people will love it. Simple.

Gosling is very good in PHM. It’s a real movie star performance. The role does not work without a fantastic actor miraculously making an Andy Weir character seem distinct and unique. Matt Damon does this in The Martian too

The holodeck type thing they have set up on the project Hail Mary ship is genuinely sickening to look at. Was horrified at the scenes where they watched movies on it.
