@twinkdefcon Well, millions of them died after about 17 years of time….and it wasn’t really the average person. The average person was made into a foot soldier or forced to work/ hand over their farm or remain in tough conditions. It wasn’t easy and many suffered.

One thing that gets me about the USSR is that when you read about the leadership, these guys were shoemakers, miners, plant managers, genuine bona fide industrial workers, and they could rise to be the people running the country. That kind of social mobility doesn’t exist here

Can I be controversial on main? It's a sincere question I'm not trying to be snarky or argue. How many of the furries who dress up in military costumes actually enlist in the military? Maybe they dress up because they don't qualify to be in the army and want to?

@PAAWSTAR So you enjoy being perceived as a soldier by others around you but don't necessarily actually want to be a soldier. If there was a situation or war you really couldn't actually do that part or do you train for that too.
