SCI Rockview hosted its annual Leadership of Centre County tour last month to give participants the chance to speak with inmates and employees and see different parts of the facility. Leadership of Centre County aims to educate participants about the needs, services, strengths, opportunities, and issues in the community through a 10-month Community Leadership Program. The program includes 11 program days that explore the current socio-economic issues in the county, with Criminal Justice Day examining the criminal justice systems of law enforcement, courts, and corrections.
