#PCGrade3 students advanced their game design skills by enhancing their maze games with Scratch code. They experimented with altering game backgrounds, introducing crash sounds, adding a color trail, and modifying sprite costumes during gameplay. #GameDesign #EdTech

The Hudson #PCLibrary now has Dash Robots for students, enhancing their library visits. Through Wonder Workshop apps, students engage in coding, boosting problem-solving skills and creativity. A great #STEM opportunity in the library!

#PCGrade3 students began crafting Citizens of the World posters using Canva. They explored resizing, AI image creation, background changes, and font experimentation. A key focus was learning to use graphics effectively for their themes, using Magic Media AI for image prompts.

#PCGrade2 students expanded on their Pixel Art learning by attending a joint collaboration with Computer Science and the iLab. Students worked on planning sheets this week to map out and count the number of pixels in their Minecraft character design. #CompSci #PixelArt

#PCGrade5 students utilized engineering notebooks to preplan how their code would work with their cardboard construction projects using the Hummingbird Kits. Using AI, students are creating visual representations of how they would like their final products to look.#STEMeducation

#PCGrade5 students explored the concept of a proof of concept during the planning stage for their Hummingbird project. They brainstormed design ideas, formed project teams, and reviewed past presentations to set goals. #STEMLearning #ProjectBasedLearning

#PCGrade 2 students are excelling with Sphero! They've mastered coding techniques to tackle various tasks. They calculated exterior angles for polygons and spelled words with Sphero guiding them on an alphabet mat. #CodingKids #SpheroFun

#PCPreK and #PCK students kicked off an Ozobot adventure! These mini robots follow lines and color codes drawn with markers. After uncovering Ozobot's ability to "see" colors, we explored what makes a real robot. We even hypothesized and tested its AI skills! #STEM #Robotics
