The emptiest of empty promises. Only the DUP could be so gullible. ‘Fool me once, shame on you…’ To be fair, Kruger was one of 29 MPs to vote against the Windsor Framework. Problem was that 515 MPs voted in favour. (Including Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman).

The border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will “be part of the reset” between the EU and UK in the event of a Reform UK government, one of the party’s MPs has said. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/republic-…

🚨🚨🚨 11,000 JAPANESE CITIZENS JUST STORMED THEIR PARLIAMENT DEMANDING THEIR PM STOP FOLLOWING TRUMP INTO WAR. 82% OF JAPAN OPPOSES THIS. 🚨🚨🚨 Protesters surrounded Japan's Diet building today chanting: "Japan's FUTURE is not in Washington. Stop bootlicking Trump." 82% of the Japanese public opposes the war. Let that sink in. 💀 11,000 protesters — outside the Diet, TODAY 💀 82% opposition — the VAST majority of Japan says NO 💀 They're calling their own Prime Minister a puppet 💀 Japan — a country that knows what war does better than almost ANYONE on Earth — is begging for this to stop And Japan won't be the last. ⚠️ South Korea — already seeing mass anti-war protests ⚠️ UK — public opinion turning AGAINST involvement, Labour under pressure ⚠️ Germany — coalition fractures over support for US strikes ⚠️ Australia — protests in Sydney and Melbourne growing ⚠️ Turkey — Erdogan calling it an attack on the entire Islamic world Every country that joined this war is about to face the SAME thing. Citizens demanding their leaders stop dragging them into someone else's fight. The media is showing you "allied coalition standing strong." They're NOT showing you that the people INSIDE those allied nations want OUT. Here's the pattern — and it NEVER fails: → Government joins war → public initially uncertain → casualties mount → prices spike → protests start → government ignores them → protests EXPLODE → government falls Vietnam. Iraq. Afghanistan. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Japan lost TWO cities to nuclear bombs. They wrote pacifism INTO their constitution. And now 82% of them are watching their PM drag them toward ANOTHER war because Washington said so. If 82% of Japan is already saying NO on DAY 20 — what happens by Day 60? Day 100? This war doesn't end with a military victory. It ends when the people of EVERY allied nation force their leaders to stop. And that process just started. In Tokyo. Today. The war needs to end. The people know it. The governments just haven't caught up yet. Prepare accordingly. 🚨🚨🚨 If you're seeing this, the algorithm hasn't caught up yet. Follow + RT NOW. 🚨

@PCeee63 @KevinPMeagher I feel bad for saying this, but most people I met in 🇬🇧 couldn’t care less about NI. They know nothing about NI, and just see it as a financial burden. Sometimes it feels like the NI unionists care more about the Union than their own people living there 🤷‍♀️

@emiliesutalun2 @KevinPMeagher Reform think they would get a "better deal" from the EU and would certainly use NI as a pawn. Starting early, laying down the threats, including one to 'rewrite' the Good Friday Agreement - an international peace agreement that was passed by 2 referenda.

@PCeee63 @KevinPMeagher Well I think most of us who actually live on this island don’t want a border back. And whatever Reform harp on about, it won’t fly or ever work out. I think that was made clear during all the Brexit negotiations.

@emiliesutalun2 @KevinPMeagher Some might, in elected positions, but most won't want a return to pre 1998/ 1973 (when the UK joined the EU SM) times. Things like this bring out nationalist voters all the more With the unionist voting base diminishing (demographics), they know it would be a bad political move

@DUPleader There is nothing like the threat of a return of a border to bring out nationalist voters.

@doshea52 @jamesfahey15 @Reunify32 A quick search would prove you wrong before you posted. In February 2025, Sinn Féin announced they would boycott White House St. Patrick's Day events to protest the Trump administration's policy on Gaza- before the official invite was to be made.

@PCeee63 @jamesfahey15 @Reunify32 A bit of rewriting of history going on here, the fact is they refused to go in 2025 after being invited so they were never going to be invited in 2026. As Trump says fafo.

Without SF in attendance at US events this week unionists had no idea how to distinguish themselves from everyone else, and were therefore simply treated as being Irish and told to sit in front of tricolours 🇮🇪 all day.

@doshea52 @Reunify32 @jamesfahey15 SF were not officially invited - after they announced they were not going - tell me how they did not accept an invitation when they were not offered one? That would be quite a feat!

@Graham_G_ @Independent_ie If the criteria exists for one, It exists for others. The GFA it sets specific, strict conditions regarding the timing and calling of any future polls. it created a framework to allow for future, multiple, votes dependent on public opinion - thats why the first is being opposed
