I bought a new build just under 2 years ago, and have a list of 30 items that haven't been sorted. One of these things is a Health and Safety issue, (Downstairs toilet sewage smell) but I'm still waiting. The offer me compensation yesterday of 300...54p a day. Fucking jokers!

We are making great progress at our current project for Flux London, where we have now installed an MF Ceiling system which enabled us to lower the ceiling height and install sound proofing plasterboard. The ceiling has since been boarded and plastered.
