@Skyscanner Thanks Sean. When I try to make the booking, I can see that they don't have departures on the 24th of December but I can also see that SQ8668 is available for bookings. So can you confirm that the only flight that I cannot re-book via SkyScanner is SQ8669?

@Skyscanner informed me that no other they could not rebook me on any other flights, and the only option was a full refund. The main issue here is that a full refund of the original amount barely covers 53% of the costs for the same itinerary. 5/11.

I am not sure if this will be resolved. It has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and time-consuming to deal with this ineptitude and possibly deceit from some of the more reputable companies in the industry. 10/11.
