@SingaporeAir @flyscoot @Skyscanner Rarely have I experienced such poor customer service and ambiguity from such well established companies. I received an email from @SingaporeAir yesterday that two of my @flyscoot flights have been renumbered. 1/11.

@Skyscanner Thanks Sean. When I try to make the booking, I can see that they don't have departures on the 24th of December but I can also see that SQ8668 is available for bookings. So can you confirm that the only flight that I cannot re-book via SkyScanner is SQ8669?

@SingaporeAir @Skyscanner as per the tweet from @SingaporeAir above, the latest flight schedules show that the flights SQ8669 and SQ8668 are operational. So, why am I getting a cancellation notice?

@Skyscanner informed me that no other they could not rebook me on any other flights, and the only option was a full refund. The main issue here is that a full refund of the original amount barely covers 53% of the costs for the same itinerary. 5/11.
