We are so grateful for your support for PEARLS, we now have 362 participants. Recruitment is open until the end of March, but the hospitals involved already have full lists of people who may be eligible. Because of this, the option for people to refer themselves has now closed.

This Friday 17th January, World Lichen Sclerosus Awareness Day, we launch a brand new resource for people who have vulval lichen sclerosus (LS). The aim is to empower people living with LS to learn about the condition, access the right treatment, and live more comfortably.

Well done not only to Princess of Wales Hospital @CTMUHB_RD for recruiting the FIRST participant to the SHELLS study, but also to University Hospital Southampton @UHSFT for recruiting their first TWO participants! A fantastic start!
