Ticket punched! The Pryor boys 4x100 relay team showed up strong at Regionals, clocking a season-best 43.60 to earn their well-deserved spot at the State Championship meet this Friday in OKC. Congrats, guys—let’s keep it rolling! #phstigerspeed

Breaking 11 in the 100 is a major milestone—and Gage LeFrere just did it at Regionals! His sub-11 got him to State, making him the first Pryor sprinter in years to hit that mark. He also blazed a 22.74 in the 200m, just shy of qualifying—and he’s only a fr! Big things ahead!

The HS Boys Track season opener kicks off tomorrow at the Nathan Hale relays. We’ll be running some relays not typically run at HS meets so we’re unashamedly excited about the new school records that will drop in the Distance Medley, Sprint Medley, & the 4 x 1600! #phstigerspeed
