Great start to the year. Finishing first 🥇with a PR of 49.64 in the open 400m dash. 21.1 4x200m split which finished 2nd. And a 49.2 4x400m split which finished Third🥉. @Jagee32 @PH_Track

Raquan takes 2nd in high jump with a PR. He also PR’s in Triple Jump along with Rickey Cozart who enters the 40’ club for the first time

Nyadit Akoi with a 3rd place finish in the 300m hurdles. Victoria Frye takes 4th and PR’s in both hurdle races

@DontaeBronsonJr with a great start to the season winning the 400m with a Pr and 1st sub 50 mark of his career. Also ran on the 2nd 🥈 4x2 and ran down an opponent to secure 3rd for the 4x4

Colton Hardy with a PR and 3rd 🥉 place finish on the 1600. Also Happy Birthday

We will have practice today at 3pm. We will meet in the cafeteria to take attendance and then boys will head to Coach Agee's room (341) and girls will head to room (412) to check out uniforms. After uniforms have been handed out we will have a short practice and be done by 4:30pm
